- Editable embayment and breakwater polylines in Civil 3D, with review and acceptance of a layout revision.
- Confirmed grading
- Feature lines and a true proposed TIN surface derived only after grading is accepted and confirmed.
- Documented reasoning
- Coastal engineering reports with methods and references. The handoff from native layout and grading is planned.
